We offer the following upgrades – you need to have an existing Backup subscription with us before adding them. Please read the important notes at the bottom of this page before signing up.
NAS support
This allows you to add a network storage location, such as a NAS drive to your backup, as well as your unlimited PCs. The charge for this is £45 per year, on top of your existing £2 per month for Backup.
Briefcase
Add a 512GB Briefcase sharing option to your backup. The charge for this is £30 per year, on top of your existing £2 per month for Backup.
Important notes regarding upgrades
1) These are charged annually, on top of the £2 per month backup subscription
2) You must have a backup subscription already in place before upgrading to ensure you are satisfied with the Livedrive product
3) There is no refund available once the upgrade has been actioned on your account
4) If you cancel your upgrade, we have to delete your backup account to remove it. This means all your backups will be wiped and you will have to start again – sorry, not our choice, just the way Livedrive set up their systems.
