How do I cancel?

Just log on to your PayPal account, go to Profile, My money and then click Update next to My pre-approved payments. Cancel your subscription and when your paid period ends, well delete your Livedrive account. No headaches, no hassle.

Only £2 a month?

One of the reasons we can offer this so cheap is because we haven’t invested in building all the API links – we set up your account manually. We’re normally very quick, an hour or two, but sometimes it takes longer. That’s why you get a one month trial, to allow us plenty of time and to give you at least 2 weeks to try it out under distance selling regulations.

But remember, we (the cheap bit!) only manage the accounts, the actual infrastructure and service is all provided by Livedrive themselves – we’re just resellers. You get the same performance, reliability and security as if you’d signed up directly, and paid a lot more!

Unlimited?

Yes, unlimited. As many PCs and as much data as you like. Our top customer at the moment has over 1.5TB backed up – you are only limited by how quickly you can upload.

Can I use this on a Mac as well as a PC?

Yes, although the PC client is more established and there are mixed reviews of the Mac client. That’s why you get a 3 week free trial.

Can I upgrade to Briefcase, NAS backup etc.?

Yes, although these are charged annually and have some restrictions, rest assured it’s much cheaper than buying direct. See extras for more details.
